Kenneth Forte

Kenneth W. Forte earned a Masters of Business Administration in Human Resources from the University of Phoenix. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas.  He is currently the Co-Owner and General Manager of R & F Communications, Inc. the parent company of WDKN1260AM/101.5FM and RFC Sports Network Radio Stations in Dickson, Tennessee. He has a strong professional career, spending the past 17 years in the private sector working in the field of Human Resources Management for some of the leading companies in business and industry. â€‹

​​Mr. Forte served as Division Commander of the Central Records Division for the Nashville Metro Police Department for 2 ½ years. Before joining the Metro Police Department, Mr. Forte served as President/CEO of Diversified Human Resources Solutions Group a Human Resources and Diversity Consultant Firm in Tennessee. The firm provided Workplace Diversity Strategy and Training and Development of human resources infrastructure for clients throughout Tennessee and Arkansas. He has conducted workshops and seminar’s on the local and national level in the areas of:  Understanding Workplace Diversity, The 3 P’s of Diveristy (Principle, Practice & Profitability), and Personnel Laws for Small Businesses and Performance Management, Creating Efficiency in Organizations and Effective Leadership. He has served as a motivational speaker for high schools in Tennessee and Mississippi.

In addition to his work with R & F Communications, Inc., Mr. Forte has served as an Adjunct Professor for Tennessee State University and Bethel College, where he was an instructor in: Human Resources Management, Ethics and Legal Issues in Organizations, Strategic Planning, Conflict Resolution and Leadership.   In recognition of his professional success, in 1999 while serving as Vice President of Human Resources for KLH Industries, Inc. he was recognized as one of Mississippi’s Top 40 Under 40 Business persons in the state.

He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Community Foundation of Dickson and Board of Directors Mid-Cumberland Association Development Corporation and is a graduate of Leadership Dickson.
