PRINCESS FUMI S.HANCOCK, BSN, Ph.D.
Dr. Fumi .S. Hancock  - While living in New York she hosted, produced and directed a local show Christian “Straight Talk” in conjunction with the Rhema Prayer Ministries, Inc. as well as a 30 minutes talk show called “Stepping Out with Dr Fumi.” In addition, she has coordinated several programs for women and children with many social service agencies in New York and New Jersey areas, ranging from foster care, adoption, second chance homes for battered women.

As the President of Adassa Adumori Foundation, a US based 501(c )3 nonprofit organization in Tennessee, doing work in Africa and other 3rd World countries; she recently interviewed the African Union Ambassador to the US. She is a noted Mental Health columnist for the New American Times, an Immigrant Newspaper serving Middle Tennessee and has been invited to guest speak at several women’s conferences in the US as well as address governmental leaders such as governors and highly placed business executives in the international arena.

Fumi has been featured in various newspapers and online magazines such as Princeton Packet, The Tennessean. She has been instrumental in assisting start-up organization with their business development and is often called on to help dysfunctional organizations get back to the successful road. She has also written several inspirational Books, Starting Right Now, Diary of an African Princess as well as eBooks: 2Respectmylife.com; Her Weblog & Online TV Show: The Princess in Suburbia ( The Princess in SuburbiaTV) were recently released in the year (2013). It is a place dedicated to love, life, relationships and everything in-between.  This was as a result of many fans, bloggers and reviewers requesting to want to know more and see how the princess lives in the US.
With many women (men alike requesting to be coached by the dynamic Innovation Gurus) alongside Yolanda Shields, they launched their very first Business Coaching Enterprise Let’s Go Innovate ™ with a city tour across the United States of America.  

 

Fumi "Stephanie" Hancock is a walking example of how an ordinary person from a shackled life of broken promises and shattered dreams can live a fulfilled destiny. After twenty years of dropping her pen, she picks it right back up again by releasing November 2012 Teens Amazon Bestseller -The Grimmlyn Series: The Adventures of Jewell Cardwell, Hydra's Nest.  Though graduated with a postgraduate degree in communication arts, and undergraduate degrees in English studies and nursing, she ascribes her writing to her life experiences.  She aspires to one day write a mystery/detective novel for the adult audience. But for now, she is content with her young adult audience. With her background in nursing, she gently nurses her unusual characters to life for her readers to enjoy. Her second book in the Grimmlyn series, The Sorcerer’s Purgatory is scheduled for release later in the year.

Ms. YOLANDA .E. SHIELDS

CEO of Youth Life Foundation (USA). She is also Vice President of the Adassa Adumori Foundation (USA) which does community development work in the continent of Africa and other 3rd World Countries.

She is a much sought after speaker and trainer in the area of business development, and social entrepreneurship and has traveled extensively throughout the United States, France and Africa. She has earned a B.S. in Education and Social Work (APSU) and M.S. in Education/Non-Profit Management. (2014). Has several certifications in the area of grant writing, nonprofit management and fundraising.

She has been appointed by Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam to the Labor and Workforce Development Board for the State of Tennessee and Chairs the Continuous Improvement committee.

For many years she has devoted her life to helping others, so it’s no surprise that she is seen as a gifted leader and advocate. She has assisted over 20 corporations in the areas of strategic planning, media relations, business operations and development, board development, program best practice, celebrity charity management, community collaboration, and organizational sustainability. She has worked with such celebrities as CeCe Winans, Darrell Green, Art Monk, Tony Boselli, and many others. She desires to serve with integrity and leaves nothing less than a trail of excellence wherever she’s involved.  

For over 20 years Yolanda Shields a Nashville native has been enabling individuals and corporations to make effective philanthropic investments in the community. Ms. Shields has served as a consultant to numerous celebrity foundations and charity initiatives, as well as strategic philanthropic planning for over 20 nonprofit and for-profit corporations. Yolanda Shields, a tireless and passionate advocate for children, serving as a member of the Mayor Karl Dean’s Youth Task Force, board member of the National Christian Foundation (Nashville Affiliate), Member of American Association of Grant Professional, Ewomen Network, CABLE (Women Networking Group), WIN (Women Networking Group), Nashville Afterschool Zone Alliance Training Council. In addition, Yolanda Shields has considered a number of entrepreneurial ventures–selling floral arrangements, painting, sculpturing, consulting services for corporations and nonprofits groups, grant writing and even national franchise businesses – she discovered exactly what that something else should be after spending time with a good friend.

Yolanda Shields co-hosts shows on The Princess in SuburbiaTV, with focus on issues with business building, a hardcore business strategist at heart.
